Return and Refund Policy
1. General Information
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note: Due to hygiene and quality regulations, food items, including coffee, are excluded from the standard return policy unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.
2. Defective or Incorrect Delivery
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods:

Please include a photo of the damaged product with your message and describe the defect.
3. Refund / Replacement
After reviewing your request, we will offer:
A replacement for the affected product or
A refund of the purchase price via the original payment method
4. Right of Withdrawal
For non-perishable items or gift items, the statutory withdrawal periods apply. Food items themselves are excluded from this, to the extent permitted by law.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Coffee / Food
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, as well as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g(2)(2) and (3) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
The products we offer are espresso coffee and coffee products (food items). Returns are therefore not accepted once the goods have been shipped, as we can no longer guarantee that they remain in perfect hygienic condition after delivery.
The right to cancel applies only until the time the goods are shipped.
5. Shipping Costs
The store will cover shipping costs for returns in the event of errors or defects. You will not incur any additional costs in the event of a replacement shipment.
