Return and Refund Policy

1. General Information
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As our products are sealed food items, special conditions apply to returns and cancellations.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Cancellation Option
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal via the digital cancellation function in our shop. You can find this at any time in the footer of our website under "Cancel contract". Alternatively, you can contact us by email at contact@caffediforma.com.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed products
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, as soon as their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB). Our coffee products are delivered sealed. After the seal has been removed, a return for hygiene reasons is excluded.

3. Defective or Incorrect Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email at contact@caffediforma.com. Please attach a photo of the damaged product and a brief description of the defect.

4. Refund and Replacement Delivery
After reviewing your request, we will either offer a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase price via the original payment method. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect deliveries.
