Over years of traveling, working, and creating, espresso became our constant. A reliable companion on the go, in the kitchen, and during breaks. We've tried many. Some great, others quickly forgotten. None felt quite right.
This gave rise to the idea of creating an espresso that perfectly reflects this feeling.
This coffee comes from two people shaped by very different worlds: Stefan Marquard, award-winning chef and TV personality, and Dave O. Saka, entrepreneur with deep roots in the luxury sector. In their collaboration at PUNK & SUIT Hospitality Consulting, they combine the spirit of punk with the structure of a suit. This approach shapes their perspective on taste, quality, and detail.
Together with a trusted master roaster, a blend was created in which aroma, body, and character blend in perfect balance. Honest and down-to-earth. Made to convince, without empty promises.
Creatively shaped by Nula Saka, this foundation evolved into caffè di Forma. A brand rooted in its origins, continuously developing through taste, design and attitude, and allowing traces that consciously remain visible.
