EXTRA BAR ESPRESSO

Measure
For a well-balanced espresso, we recommend 7–9 g of Extra Bar Espresso beans per cup. It’s best to use freshly ground beans and a fine grind setting.

Prepare
Use soft to medium-hard water, with a brewing temperature of 92–94 °C and a pressure of about 9 bar.

Distribute
Distribute the Extra Bar Espresso evenly in the portafilter and start the brew.

Extract
In 25–30 seconds, about 18–25 ml of espresso is brewed into the cup.
